Priority Client Service

You've paid for a premium service. Let it actually mean something.

We believe in doing the right thing for all of our clients, and we will make sure your needs are completely satisfied. When you purchase a subscription service, not only will we book the travel for you and your companions (if applicable), but we will monitor the trip for any schedule or equipment changes.

As a priority client, we will pay for another service to help you should we have difficulty finding the exact award you want or we are unable to book your trip when reasonable notice is not received. If changes are required for your travel, there are no fees associated with it. If you need to add one or more traveler(s), it would only be any applicable fee to add the traveler(s). Please note that any fees paid for additional travelers are otherwise non-refundable even in the event of cancellation.
